Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
• Pay rate: $18 per hour (negotiable)

What’s a typical day as a Mechanical Assembly Operator? You’ll be:
• Working in compliance with plant standards, ISO, OSHA, etc.
• Complying with defined production standards following the production plan
• Recording data resulting from tests carried out on the product
• Notifying production manager or quality personnel of irregularities in the manufacturing process, product, or safety hazards
• Correctly disposing of scrap and defective parts
• Authorized to stop any process that puts the safety of personnel at risk or produces defective parts
• Following established work instructions and using tools correctly to ensure product integrity and quality during assembly
• Utilizing training, recommendations, and acquired knowledge in manufacturing and safety aspects
• Complying with and enforcing the company's safety regulations, including using required PPEs on a daily basis
• Participating in the cleaning and maintenance of work tools and promptly reporting equipment for repair or replacement
• Actively participating in continuous improvement of production, procedures, and safety requirements
• Providing support to the team in various operations
• Keeping work area clean and tidy according to the 6's

• Have 6 months of work experience in the manufacturing industry
• Have the ability to lift loads of up to 50 lbs continuously during the shift
• Have experience using hand tools (desirable)
• Have the ability to work in a team
• Have a taste for dynamic work
