Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering field.

Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

In-depth knowledge of general assembly processes and manufacturing best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with process optimization and efficiency improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with implementing automation in assembly processes.

Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.

Previous experience in the automotive or similar industry.
