Base pay range $100.00/hr - $100.00/hr What You Will Be Doing Reply to inquiries from prospective families within 4 hours—always tailored, never templated. Lead school tours and events that demonstrate our model concretely: how we deliver 2× faster learning, why it’s effective, and who thrives here. Oversee the admissions pipeline: applications, shadow visits, decision conversations, and new family onboarding. Maintain HubSpot and SIS data with precision, timeliness, and readiness for weekly analysis. Revise FAQs, SOPs, and admissions materials based on live feedback—and pilot new strategies to boost conversion. What You Won’t Be Doing Leading a team—you are both the process architect and the primary actor. Accommodating bureaucracy—this operates at startup velocity, not traditional school governance pace. Treating every applicant identically—you must select strategically, not simply maximize headcount. Defending the model apologetically—some will reject it. You’ll excel with those who embrace it. Operating remotely—this is an on‑site campus position with occasional local event attendance. Key Responsibilities Own and refine the admissions journey to transform qualified interest into enrolled families, ensuring every touchpoint embodies the speed, precision, and excellence of the institution. Basic Requirements 5+ years managing end‑to‑end admissions at a competitive, tuition‑based academic institution. Documented success overseeing selective enrollment cycles from initial inquiry through final enrollment. Poise and credibility when engaging with high‑net‑worth families. Outstanding writing, verbal communication, and presentation capabilities. Solid operational discipline: CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail. Based in or prepared to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ or San Francisco, CA. Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship. Nice‑to‑have Requirements History in selective private school admissions or elite university enrollment. Track record hosting events that shape major family decisions. Ease with data analysis, conversion tracking, and reporting workflows. Knowledge of AI‑powered or mastery‑based educational models. About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. We are replacing the outdated one‑size‑fits‑all model with AI‑driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day. Students consistently rank in the top 1‑2% nationally, and the top 20% achieve an astonishing 6.5× growth. Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD per hour, which equates to $200,000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
