Job Description
OUTCOMES:
The Clinical Support Representative, Project UNO has the primary responsibilities within the call center of:
o Responding to remediated patient product inquiries via telephone or in written communication via internet-based email.
o Possesses interpersonal skills and technical/clinical product knowledge and expertise which are critical to responding to daily patient-centric activities.
o Troubleshooting problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment.
o Ability to interact on a professional level with patients/caregivers concerning remediated devices.
o Documents all patient interactions following the assigned Quality System Procedures.
o Reports all quality product failure claims per approved process.
o Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment setting PAP devices that will be shipped to patients.

EDUCATION:
This position requires:
- A.S or B.S in Respiratory Therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Current RRT or CRT
- Current license in Respiratory Therapy
- Advanced Computer Skills
EXPERIENCE:
A successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of appropriate Clinical experience in Hospital and/or Homecare Clinical Setting is preferred
- Understanding of CPAP/BIPAP devices preferred
- Professional phone skills and Customer Service Skills highly desired.
- Experience with use of software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel preferred
- SAP experience highly desired
- Experience in the medical device industry preferred, but not required.
PROFESSIONALOTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- This position performs in a standard call center environment which includes rotating shift requirements.
- The Project UNO RT Recall Line is open 8am to 5pm EST. Successful candidates rotate through working two shifts (8am to 4pm and/or 9am to 5pm) on the phone.
- Candidate may also be required to work in our warehouse facility setting PAP devices that will be shipped to patients.
- Candidate must be able to be on their feet for several hours a day (warehouse work) and be able to lift/carry 15 lbs.
- This position also requires a demonstrated proficiency in use of standard office equipment – including computers.
