Position Summary:
The Clinical Respiratory Specialist plays a crucial role in providing support within a healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing patient inquiries regarding respiratory products through various communication channels.
- Utilizing strong interpersonal skills and clinical knowledge to assist with patient-related activities.
- Troubleshooting issues related to respiratory equipment.
- Engaging professionally with patients and caregivers about respiratory devices.
- Documenting all patient interactions in accordance with established quality procedures.
- Reporting product quality issues as per approved protocols.
- Assisting in a warehouse setting for the preparation of respiratory devices for patient distribution.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials.
- A valid state license in Respiratory Therapy.
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications.
Experience Requirements:
Successful candidates will have:
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in hospital or homecare settings.
- Familiarity with CPAP/BIPAP devices is preferred.
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Prior experience in the medical device sector is advantageous.
Additional Considerations:
This role requires:
- Flexibility to work in a standard call center environment with varying shifts.
- Willingness to assist in warehouse operations as needed.
- The physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including computers.
