As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for directing the strategy, development, and management of our financial products and risk management solutions, including our innovative "teams as a service" offerings. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing to create solutions that meet market needs and customer expectations. Your role includes guiding product vision, defining requirements, and ensuring successful launches while maintaining regulatory compliance.
You will make an impact by:
Leading the product development in our payments space. You will be responsible for defining the shared experiences across our device ecosystem (web, mobile). You will partner closely with design, user research and engineering to define the future of our applications as we migrate to the cloud. All shared experiences, such as the navigation, dashboard feed, settings, notifications, login, and permission management will be managed by your team. You will also partner closely with the engineering team to help make the longer-term architecture and partner integration decisions.
In this role you will have the following objectives:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for financial products and risk management services, aligning with business goals and market dynamics.
- Define and present a compelling product vision and roadmap.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, reflecting customer needs and market trends.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to enhancement.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, clients, and end-users to ensure products effectively meet their needs.
- Monitor product metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Establish and track KPIs to drive continuous enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
- Stay informed on industry trends in AI, financial technology, and risk management to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines, providing progress reports and risk assessments.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in product management, backlog, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
- In-depth understanding of agile and lean principles; experience with SAFe methodologies is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data-driven insights.
- Ability to foster cross-functional team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in software development, especially in regulated industries.
- Proven track record in launching and managing financial products and risk solutions.
