Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to define, refine, and champion the long-term product vision and roadmap, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.

  • Drive technical strategy and decision-making, collaborating closely with engineering leaders to architect scalable solutions, resolve trade-offs, and prioritize technical investments.
  • Establish and optimize agile processes, owning JIRA for roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint management, and cross-team workflow efficiency.
  • Partner with UX/UI design leadership to craft intuitive, user-focused product experiences, ensuring design decisions align with technical feasibility and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging a deep understanding of the platform's current capabilities and emerging industry trends.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback, market insights, and data to define product requirements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives, with clarity and influence.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, anticipating challenges and ensuring the team delivers on time and within scope.
  • Perform other related duties to support team objectives and evolving responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with at least 7 years specifically in product management function, ideally within network technologies, security, or data services.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technical products in a fast-paced environment.
  • An exceptional ownership mindset, with a history of driving high-stakes projects from concept to market and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Deep technical expertise, including hands-on experience with backend systems, APIs, network protocols, and scalable architecture, enabling meaningful collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Extensive experience in agile environments, with advanced proficiency in JIRA for planning, backlog management, and process optimization across multiple teams.
  • Strong command of product design principles and UX/UI best practices, with a demonstrated ability to lead design collaboration and advocate for user-centric solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and influence senior leadership.
  • Passion for innovation, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving intricate challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is strongly preferred.

Benefits
