Lead HVAC Installer / HVAC Sheet Metal Tech MB Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer / HVAC Sheet Metal Tech to install residential heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork while providing excellent customer service in the Springfield, IL area. Every day, you show up on time and check your equipment and tools so that you can be in the truck and out the door to work Our technicians typically work 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some overtime as needed. There is also some required on-call as well. We pay our Lead HVAC Installers / HVAC Sheet Metal Techs a competitive wage of $32 - $42/hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs.
