Pay: $30,000-$60,000+ SIGN ON BONUS of up to $2000 JOB SUMMARYThis position performs preventive, repairs, installation, and service to HVAC systems in the residential setting.Job duties:Completes installation of residential HVAC systems in the Springfield and surrounding areaUses drop clothes to protect our client's floor while performing installationInstallation and repairs of ductworkMakes sure our clients are 100% satisfiedLearns One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning methods and ethical practicesAlways maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each jobConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingWears floor savers while in the client's homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideMinimum requirements:High school diploma or equivalentSheet metal experienceAt least one year of successful experience in installation in the field in the HVAC industry is recommended but not requiredEPA Type II certificationMust display strong communication skills, technical and customer service competenceAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screeningClean driving recordCompensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWe want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
