We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours The Opportunity We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Talent Operations Senior Program Manager to lead the development, optimization, and implementation of hiring and selection processes. This role will be instrumental in composing scalable infrastructure, improving candidate experience, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across our Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will also play a meaningful role in supporting enterprise‑wide change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across teams. Key Responsibilities Analytics Program Management: Partner with the Scaled Analytics Leader to keep analytics initiatives aligned with GTA priorities. Help drive projects like AI integration and process innovation, turning insights into action. Recruiting Automation & Innovation: Co‑lead the automation roadmap across sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Pilot AI‑first workflows, measure impact, and use a data‑driven approach to inform decisions on scaling or retiring initiatives. Strategic Collaboration & Enablement: Translate business needs into system and workflow requirements. Partner with Enablement to ensure new processes are adopted smoothly by recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators. Maintain compliance and quality across all automation and analytics efforts. Change Management & Rollouts: Support enterprise‑wide changes affecting hiring. Lead change strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and feedback. Track adoption and improve based on results. What You Bring 8+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR program management, ideally in large global organizations Proven success leading cross‑functional programs and driving adoption Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences and seniority levels Comfortable with ambiguity and change Experience navigating global hiring regulations, data privacy, and AI compliance is a plus Familiarity with analytics tools (Excel, Tableau/Power BI, SQL) and AI concepts is helpful Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,600 -- $197,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
