Within RoW organization, the Global Purchasing Program's vision is to leverage our global footprint to offer more selection to worldwide customers. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our team and drive scale to our international inventory initiatives. As a PM on our team, you will drive the product roadmap and own the research, design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of initiatives that support international inventory programs across the globe.To excel in this role, you will:- Be passionate about the customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on their behalf- Be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance on ambiguous scenarios- Have strong interpersonal skills, able to influence remote teams, both tech and non-tech- Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel skills and a deep curiosity about how things work- Possess highly advanced project management skills- Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment- Bring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standardsThis is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business in an innovate team. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
