F5 is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and talent innovation. You'll lead key programs that shape how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across the business. As a trusted partner to the VP of Talent Acquisition and TA Business Partners, you'll translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, drive operational excellence, and deliver insights that influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. You'll also lead initiatives in talent marketing, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring our programs resonate with hiring managers and candidates alike. In addition, you will lead a global team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and TA Operations, driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence in execution across all regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business-level roadmaps aligned with TA strategy Lead strategic initiatives across talent marketing, analytics, and market insights Deliver market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning Partner with Marketing and Communications to elevate F5's employer brand Manage global TA Operations and coordination teams to ensure seamless execution Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Total Rewards, and external partners Drive operational cadence, team communications, and program execution What You Bring 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on program or project management Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable impact Experience managing global teams and optimizing operational processes Strong analytical skills and experience with TA metrics and reporting Expertise in talent marketing, employer branding, and market intelligence Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition at F5. The annual base pay for this position is: $149,600.00 - $224,400.00.
