Description

This position falls under direct supervision of the Supervisor Administrative Services. It oversees the organization and administration of imaging data, reports, physician workspace, telephone reception and acts as a liaison between the Radiologist, staff, clinicians and patients. Recommends process or workflow improvements or changes and assist management with the design and implementation. Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Terminology
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Six months to one year experience in Radiology scheduling or Radiology support services, or related experience.
  • 3 years experience in customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Surgery scheduling.
