Diagnostic Imaging Assistant

This role oversees the organization and administration of imaging data, reports, and physician workspace. The Diagnostic Imaging Assistant serves as a liaison between the Radiologist, staff, clinicians, and patients, recommending process improvements and assisting management with design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate imaging data and reports
- Manage physician workspace and communication
- Act as a liaison between Radiologist, staff, clinicians, and patients
- Recommend process improvements and assist with implementation
Requirements:
- Medical Terminology
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Six months to one year experience in Radiology scheduling or Radiology support services, or related experience
- 3 years experience in customer service role
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Surgery scheduling
