Description

This position falls under direct supervision of the Supervisor Administrative Services. It oversees the organization and administration of imaging data, reports, physician workspace, telephone reception and acts as a liaison between the Radiologist, staff, clinicians and patients. Recommends process or workflow improvements or changes and assist management with the design and implementation. Some of the possible support items are listed below, and may not incorporate all of them.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Terminology
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Six months to one year experience in Radiology scheduling or Radiology support services, or related experience.
  • 3 years experience in customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Surgery scheduling.
