Requirements
    • 1-2 years of CAD / Revit drafting experience strongly desired.
    • CAD / Revit drafting experience in ICT Technologies desired.
    • Knowledge of Low Voltage Structured Cabling, Technology Room layouts, audio-visual, and security systems preferred.
    • High School Graduate or equivalent.
    • AutoCAD 2012-current education and/or experience.
    • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
    • Ability to read construction drawings.
    • Proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
    • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to create, edit, and maintain drawings.
Responsibilities
    • Create or modify pre/post-construction drawings using existing drawing files and/or sketches provided by others (structural, civil, mechanical, and/or visual/conceptual).
    • Consult with designers to discuss and interpret design plans and determine requirements for detailed working drawings.
    • Draft detail/assembly drawings for construction, including wiring schematics (line drawings).
    • Create indexing, legends, sheet sets, and/or bill of materials for designs.
    • Maintain and create related Submittal and Closeout documentation.
    • Maintain Wachter's high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
    • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.


$20 - $30 an hour
