* 2-year automotive repair experience preferred
* Trade school experience a plus
* ADAS knowledge is a plus
* ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus
* Ability to learn and understand collision repair processes and terminology
* Understanding of technology & basic software programs
* Ability to learn Aftermarket and OEM diagnostic scan tools and factory software
* Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
* Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
-Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision
* Ability to develop relationships and foster a high level customer experience
* Perform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric) vehicles on site or at customer locations
* Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs
* Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed
* Adequately explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs; to include collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and direct customers
* Basic knowledge of how to remove and install vehicle parts – Example: Bumper, trim panels, mirrors
* Complete pre and post scans with OE and/or aftermarket tools, communicate outcome effectively
* After training completion, must be able to complete static and dynamic calibrations per OE Specifications
* Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
* Responsible for ensuring tooling software updates are completed immediately
* Accountable for assigned inventory (including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, other equipment provided)
* Participate in virtual (online) training sessions as needed
* Complete assigned training and certifications as needed
* Maintain a well-organized work area
* Perform other related duties as assigned
