The Director of Business Development will play a critical role in expanding LogicMark’s presence in Senior Living Facilities, Home Healthcare providers, Rehabilitation Centers, medical equipment resellers, and other business‑to‑business channels. About the Role Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this position is responsible for driving new revenue growth in the healthcare and aging‑in‑place markets. The individual will leverage existing relationships and industry expertise to accelerate business opportunities and establish LogicMark as the preferred partner in connected care technology. The ideal candidate will have experience selling devices, hardware, IoT solutions, or software within healthcare or senior living environments, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Location The candidate must be physically located in the contiguous United States, with a strong preference for individuals residing in the SF Bay Area, Boston, or Orange County. The position is fully remote and involves travel. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow LogicMark’s footprint within senior living, home healthcare, rehabilitation, and medical reseller markets. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners within the healthcare ecosystem. Leverage existing contacts and networks to generate leads, drive pipeline activity, and close new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and solutions that align with client needs. Conduct presentations, demos, and consultations to position LogicMark’s offerings as industry‑leading solutions for connected care and safety. Manage full‑cycle sales activities from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close. Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and account activity in HubSpot CRM. Represent LogicMark at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Contribute to the refinement of go‑to‑market strategies, pricing, and partnership models in collaboration with the SVP of Sales. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required. 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within healthcare, senior living, medical devices, or IoT technology sectors. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B healthcare or medical technology environments. Existing relationships within senior living, home healthcare, or rehab facility markets strongly preferred. Experience selling devices, hardware, IoT, or software solutions into healthcare systems or long‑term care providers. Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is a plus. Excellent communication, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and consultative sales approach. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture. Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend industry events. Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions Position will be performed remotely, supporting clients across multiple time zones. May involve extended periods of sitting and computer use. Must be able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English. Regularly operates computer and office productivity tools. Ability to communicate information effectively with clients and colleagues.
