Customer Service Representative

Job Description
The core responsibility of this position is to be responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and future clients.
- Place and consolidate customer orders as well as arrange for delivery via customers' preferences.
- Maintain updated pricing and enter all customer pricing into SAP for invoicing accuracy.
- Respond to the needs of the customer by phone or email quickly and accurately.
- Assist other customer service reps when needed.
- Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately.
- Process RMAs, credits, and rebills within required timeframes.
- Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of SAP a plus
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Ability to effectively interact with customers and other departments
- Excellent organizational skills
