If you're a people-loving, guest-first leader with restaurant management experience — we want to meet you $21.00 - $23.00/hr (based on a 50-hour week: 40 regular / 10 overtime) Target Annual Base Pay: $56,000 - $62,000 (DOE) + Quarterly Bonuses Why You'll Love Working at Luna Grill 401(k) + additional benefits Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Free Healthy Shift Meal & Team Discounts What You'll Be Doing As Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager and lead your team to deliver legendary guest service and smooth operations every shift. Train, coach, and support your team to be their best Lead daily shifts and act as MOD when needed Help build schedules that support the team and guest needs Keep food quality and presentation up to Luna Grill standards Monitor operations, clean and safe workspaces, and team performance Assist with HR/payroll tasks, inventory, ordering, and administrative duties Jump in to support any role when needed (teamwork makes the dream work) What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience is required Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams Great communicator and motivator Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Positive, flexible, and guest-obsessed High school diploma required; A.A. degree preferred Tech savvy (Microsoft Office, POS systems) Ready to Lead the Way?
