Posizione Supply Chain Consultant Modalità di lavoro Full Remote Descrizione del ruolo Ricerchiamo un/una Supply Chain Consultant con esperienza consolidata nell’analisi dei processi produttivi e nella configurazione dei sistemi ERP, con conoscenza imprescindibile di INFOR M3. La risorsa lavorerà in modalità remota e sarà il punto di riferimento per project manager interni ed esterni, supportando i team di progetto nelle fasi di analisi, configurazione, test e go-live. Responsabilità principali Analizzare i processi di Supply Chain e Produzione dei clienti, identificando requisiti funzionali e opportunità di ottimizzazione. Configurare e parametrizzare il sistema INFOR M3 lato produzione, logistica e supply chain. Collaborare quotidianamente con Project Manager interni ed esterni, fornendo supporto funzionale e aggiornamenti sulle attività. Condurre sessioni di raccolta requisiti, workshop operativi e meeting di avanzamento. Redigere la documentazione funzionale (AS-IS, TO-BE, specifiche tecniche/funzionali). Supportare le fasi di testing (SIT/UAT) e il coordinamento delle attività di go-live. Fornire supporto post-go-live e accompagnare l’utente nell’adozione delle nuove funzionalità. Collaborare con il team tecnico per lo sviluppo di eventuali customizzazioni. Requisiti indispensabili Conoscenza approfondita di INFOR M3 (moduli produzione/supply chain). Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni in ruoli analoghi (Supply Chain Consultant, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant). Solida conoscenza dei processi di produzione, pianificazione, logistica o supply chain. Capacità di relazione con utenti finali, PM e stakeholder di progetto. Ottime competenze analitiche e attitudine al problem-solving. Autonomia nella gestione del lavoro in modalità full remote.
