We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to drive new business growth in our Chicago staffing operation. Who are you? Driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to hunt and run their own book of business. Looking to use abilities to control and plan future, capable of writing own paycheck with uncapped residual commission structure. Career growth important; great opportunity for advancement including running and opening their own branch. What do Outside Sales Representatives do? Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call to contract to ongoing client development. Meet with top-level decision makers to present our staffing solutions. Daily cold calling, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, and proposing constructive solutions to fit client wants/needs. What is in it for you?
