Outside Sales RepresentativeSales Focus Inc., a pioneer in the sales outsourcing industry, is looking for full-time Outside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client Constellation Energy. With 26 years of experience in boosting sales performance across various industries, we are looking for dynamic professionals to drive sales growth. Our client, Constellation Energy, is a leading energy company in the United States, offering businesses a variety of natural gas and electricity plans. The goal is to empower businesses to make informed energy decisions.The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. Responsibilities include meeting with decision makers, building relationships, and offering industry-leading energy services. This role provides decision makers with the necessary information to make informed decisions when choosing their energy provider. This is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.Benefits include base pay plus uncapped commission, 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks of PTO, health, dental, and vision plans, and 401K after 1 year.Qualifications include being a self-starter who enjoys putting in a good day's work, being friendly and outgoing with the ability to connect with others, being motivated, ambitious, and relentless to get results, being innovative and eager to put forth new ideas, and being flexible with the ability to react and adjust accordingly. Outside sales experience and energy knowledge are preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Work schedule is full-time, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with weekend work available. The typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible.
