Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Day Shift: $17/hour plus 2 hours OT every shift.
Night Shift: $19/hour plus 2 hours of OT every shift.

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
• Assisting with unit assembly, testing, inspection, tray and containment transfer.
• Operating complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD Cleanroom environment.
• Maximizing output using constraint management techniques.
• Sustaining process equipment issues.
• Training and cross-training cluster members.
• Contributing to a self-sustaining cluster team.
• Ensuring general cleanliness through housekeeping activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
•High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
•Have good problem-solving ability.
• Are a self-starter capable of managing your own activities.
• Have basic math skills.
• Are flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations.
• Have computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, PPT.
• Can handle the physical demands of the job, including constant walking and standing, occasional sitting and bending and twisting, and the ability to lift and transport up to 20 lbs. and frequently push a cart with a push force of up to 50 lbs.
