As we grow and innovate, we need a dynamic Manager to ensure our service remains top-notch, operations run smoothly, and our team thrives in a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table
* Leadership Magic: Proven experience inspiring teams and driving operational success.
* Tech Savvy Vibes: Comfortable with contact center systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Problem-Solving Prowess: Quick on your feet and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
* Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree + 5 years in customer service leadership (3 years managing teams).
