The Meadows at East Mountain, has an opportunity for a full-time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm. The right Candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and experience doing payroll. This candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to multitask, and should have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The responsibilities of this job will be to: -Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports -Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records -Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance -Support bookkeeping team in day-to-day operations -Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information -Overseeing payroll for employees -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Assist with day to day bookkeeping task and financial record keeping The Meadows also offers a generous vacation/time-off package, free employee meals, an employer matched 401K program, dental insurance, disability insurance, and an excellent work environment. LNA or RA (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) The Meadows at East Mountain, Rutland County’s premier assisted living community, has a full-time opportunity for a caring, diligent, and dependable LNA to help take care of our residents who call The Meadows their home. Alternating weekends are required. LNAs at The Meadows provide our residents with valuable hands-on assistance with activities of daily living. It is a truly rewarding and satisfying position. Successful LNAS are kind individuals who have a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, and are reliable. We have a strict attendance policy. RN OR LPN (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am) The Meadows at East Mountain, has an opportunity for a full-time RN or LPN. Our nurses function as building supervisors to ensure proper clinical oversight and care of 92 residents. The Meadows is committed to having the best staffing ratios in the business. Housekeeping Supervisor The Meadows at East Mountain, Rutland County’s premier assisted living community, is seeking a cheerful and caring individual to be our housekeeping supervisor. We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment and is driven to give the best possible service to our residents and facility. This position involves laundry care for our Traditional Care Unit. This position does require every other weekend. The Meadows also offers a generous vacation/time-off package, free employee meals, an employer matched 401K program, dental insurance, disability insurance, and an excellent work environment. The Meadows at East Mountain, Rutland County’s premier assisted living community, has a current day-shift opening for a full-time or part-time housekeeper. Alternating weekends required. Applicants must be able to complete a criminal background check.
