Cosmetic Physician Partners is building a premier network of physician-led aesthetic clinics throughout the United States. We are seeking an experienced Location Manager to join our partner, Wave Plastic Surgery in their Costa Mesa, CA location.
Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center, which is led by Dr. Peter Lee, is a renowned institution that specializes in advanced anti-aging techniques, plastic surgery, and non-invasive cosmetic treatments.
As a Location Manager, you are responsible for daily oversight of front and back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and role responsibilities are met.
This role is on-site in Costa Mesa, Tuesday through Saturday from 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for making business practices more efficient, improving the patient's experience, and earning more profits through operating the practice.
- Coordinate with the executive team to ensure individual department goals and objectives are aligned with those of the company's brand.
- Oversee location ensuring that clinic is stocked, resources are procured/supplied as needed and the environment is maintained to a high standard.
- Works closely with HR by interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating, ensuring optimal staffing at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by interacting with and providing timely resolution to patient concerns.
- Assist with managing staffing schedules, PTO requests & approving time clocks.
- Monitor and adjust overhead spending to budget allowance.
- Act as a liaison between Physicians, Administrators, and the Patient care team. Provide updates on revenue, personnel, and other critical business information with the team and physicians.
- Minimum two years of experience in business management and administrative roles in the Medical field, preferably Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
- Must have a sales and customer service background
- Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
