We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager of Programs to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will be instrumental in driving margin expansion while balancing customer needs and business goals. This role will manage a high-performing team focused on streamlining program execution across our distribution network. You will: Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of rebate and discount programs across the Pool division. Manage a team responsible for program design, implementation, tracking, and performance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and effectiveness of programs. Partner directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure programs deliver mutual value. Monitor program ROI and drive initiatives that support margin expansion and strategic growth. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to pricing and incentives. Provide regular reporting and insights into senior leadership on program performance and opportunities. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience managing pricing, rebate, or discount programs within a distribution environment. Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and with external partners. Deep understanding of customer dynamics and the ability to balance strategic goals with operational realities. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $128500 - $238600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or long-term incentives.
