Senior Director, Program Management

*PLEASE NOTE: This role will be required to be located in Charlotte, NC and come into our Southend office Tuesday-Thursday.*Job Summary: As a Sr. Director of PMO, you will lead a core team of project, program and people managers at an advanced level, and strategically own/lead functions of the PMO. You will demonstrate a strong combination of business, technical, and project management acumen, with an ability to provide solutions that balance the unique needs of both. You will work closely with senior leaders across departments to ensure the delivery of technology solutions, build partnerships with all functions to ensure the PMO team understands business needs, functional specifications, and user journeys, and help resolve escalated cross-functional issues that impact project timelines. You will also work closely with internal teams to identify pre and post implementation training and support requirements and ensure smooth transition of implemented projects.Responsibilities: Strategy and Innovation: Champion creative disruption without sacrificing results.
