Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLeasing AgentWork for a local reputable real estate company in Columbus, Ga with a schedule that will get you home for the kids after school and keep your weekend time with family and friends.As a leasing agent you will be responsible for assisting in all on-site operations, implementation of effective leasing and marketing practices with prospective residents, and management of incumbent residents.   • Works directly with the Property Manager to manage on-site property operations.
  • Responsible for all aspects of leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
  • Builds and maintains resident relations.
  • Generates renewal, leasing, and other reports to Property Manager.
  • Reviews and maintains all property marketing materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of leasing experience with strong leasing experience.
  • Must have excellent customer service etiquette, as well as strong marketing and administrative skills.
  • Dependability and reliability is a must.
  • Must have personal reliable transportation on site daily for any necessary administrative errands.
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
