Title: Digital Content Designer
Location: Orlando, FL- Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Compensation: $25 - $31/hr

We are seeking a Digital Content Designer with fluency in English and Spanish to join our team and help us create engaging and effective content that resonates with our target audience. As a Digital Content Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives. You will work closely with our marketing team and will be responsible for managing content for social and digital media, including designing, posting, analytics and strategy for various social media channels, along with outreach and customer relations. Your ability to craft clear and concise messaging, attention-grabbing headlines, and persuasive calls-to-action will be critical to the success of our content marketing efforts.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, insights, and provide feedback to inform content decisions.
Create engaging and effective content across various formats, including web pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and video scripts.
Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and follows brand guidelines and style standards.
Conduct regular content audits and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
Assists in developing, updating and managing social media education and policies both internally and externally.
Assists department's Graphic Designers with print and digital graphic design materials, as needed.
Assists with development of new digital communications initiatives.
Engages with the community across various platforms to build relationships through social media discussions to enable proactive and positive interactions.
Utilizes storytelling to prepare original and interactive content for several social media platforms including the use of pictures, text, graphics and produced and live videos.
Captures photography and video to promote programs and special events and coordinates with the video production team on larger video projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design and user experience.
Continuously measure and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content for maximum impact.
Skillset / Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications or related field.
5+ year's experience in social media, graphic design and/or digital marketing; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Knowledge of social media usage strategies, including but not limited to the platforms of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with a strong command of grammar and language suited for multi-cultural audiences.
Advanced use of Graphic design and related software programs, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Canva.
Fundamentals in capturing and editing photography and videography.
Printing and delivery processes and relationship/business management with print companies.
Develop and implement organization-wide communications, marketing and branding efforts.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers using strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Edit text and content for accuracy, proper spelling and grammar.
