Location: Long Island, New York
Salary:80-90K (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Supervision and Training:

Train and supervise a team of pole inspection field crew members.
Ensure the team is knowledgeable about safety protocols and inspection procedures.

Safety Management:

Oversee adherence to safety standards and protocols during inspections.
Report any safety incidents or personal issues to the project manager and relevant parties.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Oversee the collection of field data related to pole conditions.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports of inspection activities.

Quality Control:

Ensure that the inspection team meets quality standards and production goals.
Conduct regular checks to verify that inspections are thorough and compliant with client standards.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with management and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to project managers and other team members.
Conduct meetings and briefings to update the team on procedures, safety protocols, and project status.

Procedure Updates:

Update and maintain data collection and inspection procedures as needed to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in general studies (bachelor’s degree preferred).
7-9 years of experience in the field, with OSHA compliance.
3-5 years of related experience supervising/managing a field team.
Familiarity with OSHA rules and safety standards.
Demonstrated ability to investigate and solve problems, analyze data, write reports, and make presentations.
Ability to cope with deadlines, manage time, set priorities, define roles and responsibilities, and make decisions.
Ability to run meetings, motivate others, and interact with others at all levels of the organization.
Strong communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
Ability to travel to the office daily.
