VP of Operations Location: Twin Cities, MN (Hybrid preferred) Salary Range: $150,000–$170,000 + bonus potential Reports to: President About Perrill Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We’re now hiring a VP of Operations to lead our agency into its next phase of growth, operationally, strategically, and culturally. Mission: To build and lead an exceptional operations organization that delivers agency services efficiently, scales sustainably, and maintains cross‑functional accountability. You’ll own systems, process, people, and performance, and ensure everything works in harmony to help our clients and teams win online. Key Outcomes (Success Objectives) Within 60 Days: Audit all current delivery and operational processes Build relationships with department heads and identify immediate delivery risks Present insights with recommended improvements to leadership Establish operational KPIs and implement a basic dashboarding system By 120 Days: Launch an improved client onboarding and internal handoff process Implement agency‑wide project milestone tracking Launch delivery and service level management tracking for retainers Begin reporting on profitability and project health By 12 Months: Deliver 90% of projects on time and on budget Ensure 90% of SLA commitments are met monthly Roll out a fully documented, standardized delivery process Enable full agency visibility into capacity and resource utilization Drive operational alignment across development, marketing, and account services Launch or refine at least three AI‑driven process improvements You Bring: Operational Excellence: You see systems and inefficiencies with clarity and implement structure at scale. You build SOPs, track project health, and refine processes constantly. Cross‑Functional Leadership: You influence laterally and vertically. You foster accountability and collaboration across departments. Business Acumen: You understand budgets, margins, and delivery profitability—and use them to guide decisions. Tech Fluency: You’re comfortable with digital marketing tools, analytics dashboards, project management platforms, and automations. Client Confidence: You bring polish, credibility, and confidence into any room—internal or external. What You’ve Done Before Held an operational leadership role (Director, VP, or similar) in a digital marketing, creative, or SaaS environment Led delivery teams or managed cross‑functional client services Built or scaled systems across an agency or services business Delivered projects and services with measurable client outcomes Why Join Perrill?
