This role collaborates with workplace agility teams, project management, facilities management, and corporate real estate partners to deliver data-driven occupancy metrics that support global real estate decisions and strategies for corporate clients seeking to optimize their workplace environments.## **Your day-to-day tasks will include:**• Collect, process, analyze, audit, and validate space and occupancy metrics to ensure data accuracy and compliance with client data governance programs• Prepare and publish standard reports highlighting supply, demand, vacancy, density, utilization, and cost metrics at various intervals• Manage client data and drawings portfolios while liaising with internal and external stakeholders on CAFM/IWMS system performance• Collaborate with CAFM technology teams and Global CAD services teams to address ad-hoc requests and system enhancement needs• Provide end-user training to clients and submit technology help desk tickets for remedial assistance when required• Perform application testing of hot-fixes, new enhancements, and system modifications as requested• Apply working knowledge of office space categorization principles (BOMA, OSCRE) when recommending technology solutions## **Physical Demands and Work Environment:**• Primarily office-based work environment with extensive computer and technology system usage• Prolonged periods of sitting while working with databases, CAD software, and analytical tools• Minimal physical demands beyond standard office activities• Collaborative work environment requiring frequent interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders• Potential for flexible work arrangements and cross-cultural team collaboration • Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities requiring adaptability and time management• Professional corporate setting with client-facing responsibilities## **Required Qualifications:**• Bachelor's degree in architecture, space planning, data management and analytics, or occupancy planning• Proven experience managing data through full lifecycle including collection, standardization, loading, monitoring, and reporting• Experience in occupancy or space planning capacity for corporate clients• Proficiency in database-driven systems, preferably CAFM/IWMS applications (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview)• Working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD software• Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work independently and in teams• Strong understanding of office space categorization principles (BOMA, OSCRE standards)## **Preferred Qualifications:**• Previous experience in corporate real estate or workplace strategy consulting• Expertise in creating dashboards and data visualization tools for data-driven decision making• Experience with multiple CAFM/IWMS platforms and technology integrations• Knowledge of space planning software beyond AutoCAD (Revit, SketchUp, etc.)• Understanding of workplace analytics and occupancy sensor technologies• Project management experience in real estate or facilities management environment• Experience working with global corporate clients across multiple markets and cultures**Location:**On-site –Guaynabo, PRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
