p>Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist (HRSS) - Remote. The Human Resources Shared Services Specialist  (HRSS) is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for designated LifePoint Hospitals.  Specialists will serve both our internal and external partners through a variety of channels including phone, Service Now (Web ticket systems), and email.  Must perform with service in mind as well as professionalism, accuracy, efficiency.

Exhibit a [comprehensive] understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., Skilled in the application of policies and procedures.  Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.


Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience:  1 year of HR shared service or healthcare HR experience required
