Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal departments and/or vendors to resolve teammate account issues
  • Analyze support-tracking data to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to general ordering or Oracle iProcurement; suggest solutions; notify management; implement corrective actions as approved
  • Manage a shared inbox for the Supplier Outreach Team.
  • Assist with a variety of Purchasing team projects and tasks as assigned
  • Assist with supplier or product transitions as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups
  • Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in responding to phone calls and emails
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service; proactively communicate and respond promptly to teammate needs


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Support/Administrative position
  • Microsoft Outlook Competency required
  • WebEx and/or Microsoft Teams Video conferencing competency required.
  • Problem Solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
