As a Social Media Operations Assistant for the Culinary Institute of America, you will be working for the Content, Social Media, and Loyalty Strategy Team within the Marketing Department. In the position you will be helping coordinate and the CIA's social media operations, from coordinating Earn & Learn Students, overseeing our Content Studio Kitchen, and helping with general Social Media tasks. In this position students will be exposed to a wide range of tasks centered around Content Production in a Culinary setting.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- Must have flexible weekday and weekend availability
- Keep the Content Studio Organized
- Help Create an inventory process for equipment.
- Help coordinate student productions.
- Must be extremely organized and reliable (most important)Must be outgoing
- Must understand Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok
- Ability to maintain professionalism and adhering to standards of operational excellence, safety, efficiency and educational goals set by the CIA.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, students, and faculty/staff.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to be adaptable, dependable and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Successful applicant must be able to perform all related functions of the assignment which may include working nights and weekends, ability to bend reach and stand for long periods of time, lifting and carrying of items up to fifty (50) pounds, and the ability to withstand high ambient temperatures.
