What You Will Be Doing Possess and maintain an in-depth understanding of the current requirements and future direction for Power MOSFETs in automotive applications Own and manage the Automotive MOSFET product and technology roadmaps Achieve new product development and release goals by leading the device definition and business justification activities Provide key inputs to R&D to define the technical requirements of the next generations of MOSFET silicon and packaging technologies Develop compelling product promotion and launch collateral Inspire and continuously enable Sales through product training and end-customer support. Oversee product pricing strategies and approvals and provide inputs to sales for annual price negotiations Coordinate with regional teams to ensure strategies and tactics are well aligned with and prioritized to evolving business and market conditions What You Will Bring Along 15+ years of industry experience in the semiconductor field and 5+ years working with Automotive grade products and customers Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and preferably experience with Power Electronics / Power Transistors Familiar with AEC‑Q and the automotive mindset Established experience in the major disciplines of marketing including product definition, positioning, pricing, and promotion Knowledge of the semiconductor industry landscape with particular attention to automotive dower devices Ability to negotiate, coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional technical and international, sales and operations teams Understand how to make a business successful and drive actions to closure Exceptional communication and presentation skills Excellent problem‑solving skills – able to identify problems and/or opportunities for improvement and assess viable solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive action plans.
