Qualifications:
- 2+ years of providing IT support.
- Large scale/enterprise printer support
- Customer Service Mentality
Responsibilities:
- Desktop Support for campus life
- Customer service / Troubleshooting and attention to detail
- Enterprise printing troubleshooting/ID cards printers (multifunction printers)
- Network knowledge - troubleshooting (IOT)
- CCNA/Network+ is nice but not required. Securit+
- Wiring knowledge, testing
