Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Representative to join their team on a full time basis.
Title: Human Resources Representative
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (4 days in office/week)
Compensation: $65-70k
Hours: M-F 8-5
Responsibilities:
- Advise managers and employees on leave laws, company policies, workers' compensation, and disability benefits, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Analyze market salary data and candidate availability, working with HR Business Partners to provide insights to leadership.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and compensation analysis.
- Provide HR reports to operations, acquisitions, and accounting teams to support organizational goals, including those of the Board and divestiture plans.
- Inform employees about severance packages and COBRA benefits.
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, maintain the company handbook, and collaborate with legal to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Support payroll processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for talent development, including performance management, employee engagement, diversity initiatives, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
- Partner with the leadership team on change management, assessing readiness, mitigating risks, recommending communication plans, gathering feedback, and keeping stakeholders engaged.
- Provide counsel and support to department heads and managers.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- Oversee the human resource function, including planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating its performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1+ year of HR Experience OR 1+ years of Recruiting
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment
