The mission of our Logistics team is to drive top line sales through efficient, accurate and on-time order shipments and deliver bottom line savings through seamless warehouse operations. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Admin is responsible for supporting Warehouse Operations and area Supervisors/Leads to deliver against the business objectives and build an efficient, effective, safe, collaborative, and high-performing workplace for the team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and maintain accurate information for the Logistics Dashboards
- Prepare shipping documents and pick sheets for the Warehouse team
- Communicate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Care teams to improve the delivery of our services
- Interact with Carriers, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to identify and resolve issues
- Provide reports to Logistics Supervisor / Manger / Director as required
- Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment and distribution
- Support the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring the shipping runs smoothly across all sales channels day-to-day, supporting in troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Support the Logistics Supervisor in executing improvements across the Logistics processes, ensuring projects and initiatives are completed on time and achieve stated objectives
- Support the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring all daily responsibilities are attended to in a customer service-oriented and productive fashion
- Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules with customers
- Back end management of Proof of Delivery and carrier invoices
- 1-2 years of administrative support and/or operations experience within a warehouse environment
- Experience working across multiple buildings considered an asset
- Experience across all areas of Logistics / Supply Chain operations an asset
- Experience with UPS, Fedex, Courriers, LTL shipping
- Proficiency in RF Scan, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
- A self-starter who takes initiative and sets good example
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
