Project Manager Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have and maintain Professional Surveyor Licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • Ability to successfully manage projects including developing scope of work, schedule, and fee.
  • Supports business development efforts, leads the preparation of proposals.
  • Able to successfully lead and supervise a project team on projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the project are followed through to completion which includes client meetings, project team communication, monitoring budgets and progress.
  • Skilled in boundary resolution, legal description writing, design surveys, right of way resolution, large multi-property boundary surveys, and QC of deliverables.
  • Experience using Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.


Project Manager Preferred Requirements:

  • Creating survey project scopes and estimates.
  • Managing project budgets and deadlines.
  • Interacting and communicating with clients.
  • 5 years of management experience preferred.
