For its first ever property in the Pacific Northwest, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts debuts a luxurious property with more than 200 guest rooms, Grand and Junior Ballrooms, lobby bar, a gym, and a dedicated concierge team.

Banquet House Attendant - Part-Time/On-Call
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences in a luxury setting? InterContinental Bellevue is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Banquet House Attendants to join our exceptional team. As a Banquet House Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting our elegant events and ensuring our guests enjoy every moment of their stay.
Every day is different, but you'll mostly:
- Set up and break down banquet spaces, ensuring they are pristine and meet event requirements.
- Assist with arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment as needed for a variety of functions such as weddings, conferences, and galas.
- Collaborate with the banquet and catering teams to deliver seamless service before, during, and after events.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all spaces and equipment are properly cared for.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure adherence to InterContinental Bellevue's high standards of luxury and service.
What We're Looking For:
- A team player with a positive attitude and a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
- A commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.
