Responsibilities

Product Manager:

As a Product Manager on the Engagement Services team, you understand consumer needs and behaviors and advocate for a frictionless consumer experience. You collaborate with product teams to define the support for the maturation and roadmap for those products within your portfolio. You influence your teammates, as well as stakeholders and key executives, through leadership skills, data, storytelling, and logic. You are equally comfortable collaborating with a development team and presenting in front of executive stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

* Serve as the product visionary for large, complex, or multiple Scrum teams who are creating functionality primarily on the Salesforce platform
* Manage and lead the product throughout the entire product life cycle including product discovery/prediscovery, managing requirements, execution and release
* Responsible for understanding the business vision, needs, values and KPIs.
* Create and maintain Product Roadmaps.
* Be the liaison between stakeholders and product team and manage stakeholder expectations
* Understand and prioritize business needs to optimize delivery team efforts (build the right thing)
* Work closely with the product team to build a MVP that meets/exceeds stakeholder expectations.
* Ensure the team is driving towards the stakeholder vision. Own the health and evolution of products within portfolio
* Track and drive success measures
* Responsible for Forecasting and providing status to the leadership team along with the Scrum master
* Perform UAT if stakeholders are not available
* Create training documents as needed
* Own, track and report out on product initiatives and progress toward milestones.
* Able to identify and provide audience-appropriate metrics in multiple formats (i.e., team vs. manager vs. executive)

Required Experience/Skills:

* 4-6+ years of experience as a Product manager for development teams
* Salesforce experience specifically Health cloud -2-3 years preferred
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Experience creating Roadmaps
* Advanced knowledge of standard Agile standards, metrics and KPI's (key performance indicators) gained through years of experience
* Openness to new ideas, mentor, coach and train others to learn new things
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and a collaborative spirit are an absolute must.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills to help drive solutions.

Requirements

Education:

* High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
