Sr. Product Manager

Location: Remote

ProScore Technologies LLC is a leading provider of AIpowered workforce compliance solutions designed to help organizations meet the requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and other regulatory frameworks. Our platform streamlines and automates compliance processes offering endtoend solutions for employers in diverse industries.

As a Senior Product Manager at ProScore Technologies you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the vision for our AIpowered workforce compliance SaaS platform. Your focus will be on driving innovation elevating customer satisfaction and leading crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies compliance frameworks and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and articulate a forwardthinking product vision and strategy that aligns with ProScore s longterm goals and market opportunities.

  • Own the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Lead crossfunctional teams working closely with engineering design marketing and sales to drive product initiatives from concept through to launch.

  • Foster a collaborative culture empowering teams to deliver on product milestones and exceed customer expectations.

Market & User Research

  • Conduct indepth market research competitive analysis and customer interviews to gain insights and validate product strategies.

  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities ensuring that product development is both marketdriven and customercentric.

Advanced Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.

  • Define product requirements set priorities and manage the product backlog to ensure timely and highquality delivery.

AI & Compliance Expertise

  • Utilize your expertise in AI technologies and compliance standards to guide the development of secure accurate and regulatorycompliant features.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and compliance updates ensuring that ProScore remains a market leader in workforce compliance solutions.

CustomerCentric Product Development

  • Act as the advocate for the customer leveraging feedback and usage data to make informed product decisions and drive enhancements.

  • Ensure the product consistently delivers value solving real customer problems and enhancing user satisfaction.

Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success drive continuous improvement and align with business objectives.

  • Use datadriven insights to optimize the product and meet evolving customer needs.


  1. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on product progress key milestones and strategic plans.

  • Present product roadmaps and strategic initiatives to executive leadership fostering alignment on goals and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10 years in product management with a successful track record of delivering and scaling SaaS products. Experience in RegTech FinTech or compliancefocused industries is strongly preferred.

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of AI technologies data analytics and cloudbased platforms. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define and understand technical requirements.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of workforce compliance regulations such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and DOL guidelines. Familiarity with complex regulatory environments is essential.

  • Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional teams balancing highlevel strategy with handson management.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make informed datadriven decisions.

  • Customer Focus: Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering products that address real challenges and create measurable value.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Engineering). MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
