Spherion is hiring for a TEMPORARY Office Clerk for an organization in Wichita Falls The working schedule is Monday-Friday 10am - 4:30pm. This temporary assignment will last until September 27, 2024.
Candidates are REQUIRED to have QuickBooks experience and knowledge to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Will be entering financial data into the company system
- Building mailing lists
- Answering phones
- Manage all administrative tasks
- Maintain office cleanliness
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Data entry experience preferred
- Detail Oriented
- Time and task management
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Prior clerical/ office experience required
- Must have extensive QuickBooks experience
- Must submit to background and drug screening.
