Starting Rate of pay: $34/hour
Shift Premium: 3rd shift - $1.00/hour extra
Shifts Available and Hours: 3rd Shift 11PM-7AM
Job Responsibilities:
Trains and coach persons on their crew to do their job correctly and safely
Reports any unsafe condition or act immediately to Supervision or HSE Manager
View and correct manning levels on their crews to make sure plant is covered with appropriate
Fills out 'Near Miss' paperwork on any unsafe condition or act
Participates in daily pre-shift safety talk
Troubleshooting of electrical systems
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Education and Work Requirements:
High School or GED , Engineering technology bachelors' degree preferred
Minimum 5 years' of industrial maintenance experience
Minimum of 3 years' in a leadership role
Minimum 3 years' experience hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting
Experienced in using an electrical meter
PLC background preferred
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Ability to climb or work from ladders and work in confined space
