Looking for a self-starting, hands-on conceptual designer who will bring original ideas and a fresh, stylish approach to each project. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guidelines, style guides, toolkit development for region
  • Uphold overall brand architecture and development
  • Uphold consistency of visual ID
  • Own the development of net new identities or large brand refreshes
  • Manage Figma & Adobe Creative Suite creative workflows alongside PMs (sharing brand assets with external vendors)
  • Work with Creative Director on net new identities , style guide refreshes , Campaign Ideation
  • Pitch ideas and conceptual work to stakeholders and speak to the creative process
  • Bring a strong and sophisticated sense of design, excellent typography skills, and a deep understanding of design principles
  • Have impeccable attention to detail and passion for a job well done
  • Independently and efficiently manage your workload, with help from project managers and project management systems (Asana)
  • Develop and ideate concepts for full marketing campaigns and live events and bring the designs to life in production
  • Create, iterate, present, and deliver exceptional design solutions
  • Work within a defined but dynamic and always evolving visual/brand system
  • Experience proofing large scale print assets (press walls , step and repeats, wayfinding, dimensional logos, etc..)
  • Develop detailed print proof decks and guides for on site installation/ implementation
  • Critically think through multiple scales of printed graphics , small format assets all the way through to environmental application (both physical OOH and on digital content on screen)
  • Timely presentation & deck design when needed
  • Work on both PC and Mac platforms; design will be on the Mac
  • Communicate and collaborate globally with other designers
  • Be a proactive problem-solver and effective communicator
  • Work alongside marketing stakeholders and address feedback in a timely and thoughtful manner
  • Be cool under pressure, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask
Qualifications:
  • Ability to come up with Visual Identity and conceptualize their thinking
  • Sign off on final assets, both digital and physical (material samples)
  • A strong sense of style, excellent skills in: typography, photography, and video
  • A 360 degree integrated thinker who is able to create and rollout multi-channel campaigns in partnership with copywriting resources and other art directors globally
  • Experience in the design and art direction of large scale branding efforts, cohesive campaigns, live events, and content marketing
  • Experience working within a defined but dynamic visual/brand system
  • Strong digital design skills and experience working on digital marketing, website development, mobile web, mobile apps, and micro content
  • Understanding of current digital design and UX/UI best practices
  • Comfort in working closely with developers and printers in seeing complicated jobs through production
  • High level communication skills with the ability to receive and interpret complex creative briefs, present ideas creatively and effectively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong operating knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in project management tools (i.e. Asana)
  • Working knowledge of Sketch, Zeplin and Invision, a plus
  • Strong track record both as an individual contributor and as a key member of a team
  • A flair for delivering visual concepts in the context of defined strategies and copy approaches
  • Industrial and environmental design experience, knowledge of motion graphics and interaction design, skills in art direction and experience directing shoots, are all a plus
  • Experience with working on in-person experiential events and marketing campaigns to promote and generate audience engagement leading up to the event.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent design work (marketing campaigns, event architecture design, brochures, reports, digital assets, pre-press, color)
