Candidates should have the ability to listen to, understand, and incorporate client needs and objectives into work plans and to execute the work. Our goal is to provide a variety of experiences that will allow you to learn and understand our practice. Senior Consultants will be staffed on engagements where they will have the opportunity to provide an array of program and project management services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand the complexities our clients deal with on capital projects to help solutions for them along with high technical configuration and business analytics skillsets and can support project execution activities utilizing the PMIS toolsets.Recruiting for this role ends on 9/3/24.Work you’ll doAs a Technology Senior Consultant (Business Analyst/Configuration Lead) within our practice, your responsibilities will include:Leading the configuration and implementationof Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to optimize client project deliveryAnalyzing client needsto understand the complexities of their capital projects and developing tailored solutionsDesigning and configuring comprehensive PMIS solutions, including integrations, reporting, and dashboards, to meet client requirementsCollaborating with project teamsto ensure the design, configuration, and rollout of systems like Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore are successfulConducting rigorous testing and validationof configured solutions, followed by the development of detailed training and documentation to support client adoptionParticipating in problem-solving sessionswith the team, contributing innovative ideas to address client issuesSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:Work effectively both independently and as part of a teamManage multiple project deliverables in a dynamic environmentCommunicate complex technical solutions clearly and effectivelyThe teamDeloitte’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects team helps enhance the value of our clients’ investments by blending financial, operational, and technical experience to deliver on the most complex projects throughout the asset lifecycle. Our professionals, many of whom are engineers with practical industry experience and advanced degrees, provide services through the following market offerings:Technology EnablementProject Delivery: End to End ServicesProject Deliver: Single Point SolutionAsset Lifecyle ManagementCapital Project and Business Process TransformationForensics, Distressed Project Services, and Litigation SupportAudit and ReviewsGovernance, Risk and AssuranceESG Compliance and StrategiesThese services are delivered across the five primary phases of the capital asset lifecycle (Strategy & Planning, Procurement, Execution & Construction, Operations & Maintenance, and Disposal) and include assessments to capital efficiency, governance structure and process design, contractual compliance, risk management, claims management, and project controls and analyticsQualifications required:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.At least 4 years of experience in PMIS system implementation, particularly with Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, or ProcoreExtensive project management and controls experience, with a deep understanding of project management fundamentalsProficiency in project controls, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and integrating these aspects into technology platformsStrong capability in configuring PMIS tools, performing system integrations, and developing reports and dashboardsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioWillingness to travel up to 50% based on client and project needsLegal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the futurePreferred:Advanced degree in a related field or an MBAProfessional certifications such as PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, or CPAExperience with coding, particularly SQLPrevious experience in a professional services firm or with international project engagementsMultilingual capabilitiesInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Jersey City and California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City, Jersey City, California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,445 to $229,075. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.#LI-OK1
