We are looking to grow our elite team of experienced and driven sales executives that are capable of helping us grow ripe and ready sales territories. Specifically, we are looking for new team members in the states of Kentucky and Tennessee.

SunChoice Solar specializes in helping business owners utilize the maximum amounts of federal and state incentives available to them to go solar and save money off their bottom line. We work in rural communities and have developed strategies that allow our clients to start saving money on day one rather than having to wait for a return on an initial investment.

Though these positions are available immediately, we are willing to wait for the right candidates, however long it takes. The candidate for this position will excel at being a self-starter and creating/closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, developing a pipeline to manage that leads to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. This is a Field position that will require the ability to travel to small towns throughout the State you are assigned to work in to meet with business owners in person, and work remotely from home while not traveling to follow up and maintain relationships with businesses in your pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Work remotely and travel to meet in person with business owners and executives in your pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • 2 years' business-to-business experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience and working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 4-year degree is preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from meetings with clients.
  • Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to independently drive growth and production in your state.

Compensation

  • This is a 1099, commission only position, with typical commissions per client being right around $3,500
  • As long as minimum monthly quota is reached, total annual compensation should easily exceed $150k
